Please advise all travelers to the domain of Buffalo that the following information must be provided to the Harpy prior to arrival: * City of Origin (if one has not been in stated city for longer then 1 yr, please provide prior city of origin as well) * At least 3 references of character (references from the Primogen of one's clan or the Whip of one's clan are encouraged) * Contact information for said references * A listing of all status one is bringing into the city with them * A brief statement of their intended business in the city In addition, please advise all travelers that as Buffalo is a border city, security is a major concern. All individuals arriving in the city for the first time will be interviewed prior to recieving hospitality. Justicars, Archons, and visiting dignitaries from other domains, please forgive any and all potential inconveniance that may result from this practice. Our intent is not to offend but to provide for the security for our city and all within. As persons of repute, you will be accorded the highest of priority and all efforts will be made to hasten the arrival procedures for you. |
